Jingle, jangle, jingle....

I find that meditation often offers me a calm mind that helps me throughout the work day. As I work, I whistle, sing and hum the day away. Never the "hits" of my youth, or a modern ditty from the radio. I laugh at the strange tunes that come to my mind.
